How do I know what size sofa to buy?
Measure your room and your doorway. As a rule of thumb, leave at least 18 inches between the sofa and the coffee table, and at least 30 inches of walking space behind the sofa if it sits in the middle of a room. Bring your room dimensions to the showroom and we’ll help you visualize.
Leather or fabric — which holds up better?
Both can last 10+ years with reasonable care. Leather develops patina and resists spills but can scratch from pets. Performance fabric is more forgiving for families with kids and pets, easier to clean, and offers more color options.
Is a power recliner worth the extra cost?
If you recline daily, yes. Power lets you find any position with a button and is gentler on your back than the lever-pull on stationary models. Power adjustable headrests are especially nice for tall users.
What’s a sectional configuration and how do I pick one?
Sectionals are described by their layout: LAF or RAF (left-arm or right-arm facing — from the perspective of someone facing the sofa). Add a chaise on the side that has room and faces the TV. Modular sectionals let you reconfigure later if you move.
