Do you offer delivery?

Yes. Happy Home Furniture offers free local delivery and setup across Metro Detroit. Delivery hours are Monday–Saturday, 11 AM–7 PM.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We offer Acima lease-to-own financing with no credit needed. Approval ranges from $300–$5,000, with a 90-day early purchase option available.

What are the store hours?

Monday–Saturday: 10 AM–7 PM. Sunday: 11 AM–6 PM.

What is your return or exchange policy?

Please notify us at least 24 hours before delivery for changes. No returns after pickup or delivery.

What about warranty or damage claims?

Please inspect your furniture at delivery. Any damage or warranty concern must be reported immediately and noted on the receipt.

Are special orders refundable?

Special orders are final sale.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept standard Shopify checkout payment methods and Acima financing. Additional in-store payment options may be available.

Do you price match?

Ask our team in store or by phone. Price matching depends on item availability, identical model, delivery terms, and current promotions.

Do Yelp customers get a discount?

Yelp customers can ask in store about the 5% Yelp offer.
